After-Hours emergencies

For managed tenancies – In the event of an out of hours emergency please refer to your move in documentation pack. This provides the contact details for the approved contractors. You will need to report your concern to the contractor directly.

An electrical, water or gas maintenance issue or faulty lock would all be considered an Emergency. A blockage drain would not.

Routine maintenance can be reported Monday to Saturday on PropertyFile, over the Telephone or emailing maintenance@nextmoveresidential.com
